How can I pay my bill after canceling my account?


How do I pay my phone bill when the account has been canceled? I can't register for self-serve because the number is no longer in service, and there are no options available to me when I call the Payment Management office.

You'll receive your last bill through regular mail. Simply take it to your local bank and pay it over there 🙂 If your last bill hasn't come in around the regular date you used to receive your past bills, simply give Koodo a call and explain to them you haven't received your bill!
