How can I fix the data charges?

So on one of my phones that does not have data setup I keep getting charged monthly data charges, we don’t even have cell data turned on.  How can I fix this charge?

What was the amount of the data that you were  charged? If it was a small amount (under 1MB), you could contact Koodo directly and ask a rep there to revert the charge. If it was a larger amount. The issue could be from the phone. If that was the case I would suggest you check your data usage in the phone and see which app was the culprit.

So, you have a plan without data? How often you get data charges?

How is your phone setting? ( wifi assist on?)
