The answer should be in your bill. It might be a time limited rebate that has expired or a $10 charge for exceeding your plan data limit.

You can see that by logging in your self-serve and looking at your detailed bill

The same thing happened to me this month. Nothing has changed, there was no limited time rebate. It suddenly says $55 plan. My plan was $46 before taxes. There is no way to find out what has changed, there is no one to ask. I have logged into my bill and it gives no explanation.

Check on your previous bills. Often times especially around this time of year was when people signed up or got a new phone this time last year and had a $10 bill credit for 12 months applied to their account.

Check to see if you had a similar bill credit on your last bill and then check to see if its gone on this one.

I will go back a year, but I was sure there was no credit. Thanks

It’s exactly as @Allan M suggested, @Popsix . You were getting a monthly credit for 12 months, which has now expired. This was a promotion at the time of your last phone purchase in Nov of 2019.

Thank you both very much…. I should have scrolled down!
