High Bill

I just received my Jan, 14/14 bill and it is much higher than normal I have never been charged for additional local air time. My bill has been $56.50 for many months. Why am I now charged $34.36 additional minutes. Please review my plan and let me know. Thank you.

This is a public forum and we are just customers so we cant see your account. All the details of your bill should be on your invoice. Just log into your self serve from a computer and download the pdf ebill. If there is a discrepancy or error you will need to call Koodo (*611 from your Koodo cell)

Based off what you are stating looks like you went over your minutes.....If your plan isn't unlimited this might cause this. You can check your self serve account and check your ebill to verify this online.
