Hi what do you do if you haven't received your phone bill


I get my cell phone bill by e-bill and I haven't received it for the month of October and I am not sure what to do about getting it.

If you log into Self Serve you should be able to find your ebill there

Yes I have been getting it right along, never had this happen before. I get it by e-bill

I find email notifications aren't the most reliable, best idea is to check each month about a week after your billing date. The bill should be there notification email or not.

Or the text messages notification. That has never failed me.
