Hi, I have a question about the billing I have received.


Hi, I have a question about the billing I have received. I had closed down one of the phone numbers on my account back in May 2016. However, I noticed that this month (Oct 2016), I was charged an additional $0.75+tax for data usage on the phone number that was closed. I am being charged for data on a phone number I no longer have. For the bills from May-Sept, the removed phone number never showed up on my bills, and suddenly it's returned out of nowhere? Why might this be happening?

Hello Cosette.

I do not know what may have caused that, but I know that's not normal and in order to dispute any charge, you would need to call Koodo to solve that problem

Hi Cosette - this is indeed odd and I can't understand why you would get a charge months after the line was cancelled. We're looking into it and will report back with an update as soon as we have one.
