Hi, I changed monthly plan, and now I found this plan is billed twice... is that normal?


the double billing includes next month of billing

Hi there Marc... It is normal... It is call proration... So you will be charged your new plan since the day you made it effective... It is exactly the same thing as the first bill. Open your bill online, check the dates and it will make sense... http://help.koodomobile.com/my-bill/charges-explained/charges-on-your-first-bill Let's say that your billing cycle closes the 30th of March.... So if you change your plan on day 15th, your next bill will charge you the price difference of the plan since the 15th of march when you change your plan, and then one month in advance until the 30th or April...
