HELP1


i have been trying to access my account and i don't remember my password, and anytime i try to reset the security question, i answer it right but it tells me it is wrong! What can I do to fix this problem?!?! Much help is appreciated

I guess, the question is how do you know if you are answering the security question right? 🙂 You may have spelled it wrong originally and the proper spelling now is throwing the system off. You might have to call to reset it.
