help with my account


my father has passed away i need to for my account the customer service is awful i have been trying to pay my bill online through the app but you guys are not even letting me sign in it is ridiculous i would like to cancel my account right now

Im very sorry for your loss.

If you do not have access or authority to your father's account then it pretty much impossible based on security.  Koodo and most utilities do not allow unauthorized users to pay.

You best bet is to private message Koodo on Facebook with a copy of the death certificate and your father's account number and phone number

you make idea for lady is no good. not private and safe to send over facebook or media webpage. only should use security page with https. why koodo make her life so hard when deal with sad time? should have easy way to talk and contact easy for fix this. what wrong with koodo? private papers should send by email. best way. also it keep record of issue on file.

Have you try to call Koodo from your fathers phone?  Dial *611 and option 5 or keep pressing  0 to talk to a rep.
