If I suspended one of my phones on my account and there is no tab owing why would I still be getting charged monthly?

You suspend your service when your phone j's lost or stolen. It prevents someone else from using your phone but your plan stays as it is expected you will replaces your phone and continue to use your service

Thank you. So if I know Im not getting it back I must have to phone them then. I just figured I wouldnt be charged for no use.

I mean you can cancel. Or you could put your line on season hold but that costs $15 per month to hold your number

Ok is there a way to cancel this phone here or do I need to call them?

You need to request a callback from Koodo assist in order to cancel 

 

You can also port your number to a new carrier and that will automatically cancel your line
