My Service is due to be cut off today but my bill is due November 9th. I’m just getting back to work due to Covid and can’t pay my bill today but can on the 9th. Is there anything that can be done?

You can contact Koodo and discuss a payment arrangement. If you have a credit card, you could make payment with that, and pay down the credit card on the 9 November.
