I googled this and it looked like i was supposed to be receiving a cheque for the negative amount, i was curious as to when it should arrive or if i need to contact a rep about this?

The bill cycle ended on the 9th of October, thats all the information i have
When you close your account, the credit that you paid on top of what was necessary should be sent back to you via Post.
The cheque process is not quick. I would give it a few more months. If nothing is received, then I would send Koodo a private message via facebook or twitter
