Got Kodo Service on boxing day ,there was a promotion 65$ plan was on 55$ with 2gig additionl data.still paying 65$ for he plan.


Hi There, I Got Koodo Service on boxing day ,there was a promotion 65$ plan was on 55$ with 2gig additionl data.but they still charging mr 65$ for the plan.

Are you getting charged $65 for the plan or $55 for the plan and $10 for a phone on tab small?
I am getting paid 65$ still have no tab take my own phone.

No need to call tabasum - the $10 credit will begin kicking by your third invoice and will be applied for 12 months. It would have been communicated at the time of activation that the credits begin on your 2nd or 3rd bill.
