got extra charges


i paid my last bill directly tansffered to koodomobile and i just got new bill with previous bill added and late charge as well. can’t even talk to customer rep. its so annoying...

We can likely help you here. How close to the due date were you when you paid and how did you pay?

my due date was 5th and i paid on 4th and i transferred them directly to koodomobile account from my chequing account

Online banking takes 3-5 business days for the bank to process hence the late payment

Just take this bill and subtract what you paid on the 4th and this is what you owe. 

I paid my bill on 4th and its 19th today still it shows the same..they did not deduct my previous bill yet..

Once you pdf ebill is available for download it does not get updated.  Any late payment that did not get captured by this pdf ebill will be captured on the next pdf ebill
