got a text saying not enough for next month. but i do have the right amount for it.

i have a base plan that is 50$ a month i recently put 50$ on the account for this coming month but i got an e mail from 611 saying i dont have enough. i just checked my account to be sure and i do have 50$ so why am i getting a text that says top up or else you get service disruption?..

How did you top up? You have to factor in taxes as well.

I also had this happen last month, except mine was the $15 base plan. I added a $15 voucher a couple days before the renewal and it showed the $15 online and received a text confirming as well. 2 or 3 hours later I got a text message like the original poster. No shortage of quirks these days with prepaid...
