Gives message that info does not match information on my account .


I have credit card set up to automatically pay my account. I updated my account with new cardthe other day. I tried to make a payment ia few minutes ago. It gives message that info does not match info rmation on my account . displayed last 4 digits of the new card. What gives?

Double check to make sure that the new credit card information has indeed been updated. Was your billing address updated too? Make sure the one on the account matches the one on the credit card.
