Getting an Updated Bill


I paid my bill last month on time (though it was 1 day to go) and I do understand that it takes a few days to process however my bill for this month includes the "non payment" from month before.  How can I get an updated bill (or just an amount of exactly what I owe).  I have tried phoning for information but it keeps asking for a 4-6 numerical digit pin number.  Don't remember entering/getting one when I signed up.  Help!

When you call Koodo, just press 0 to talk to a rep and they can verify your identity in alternate ways

If you sign into self serve it will also show you the current balance owing.

Hey Julie! Timo  is right, you can take a look at your current balance owing on your self-serve.  You only get one bill per month and all payments made are reflected on your current amount due.  Thanks 🙂!
