Getting a closed account refund


I need to get a refund on my closed account (closed almost l0 months ago).  I have $300 coming to me.  I moved to the U.S.  My on-line account password has expired and I can't get another one.  What do I do to request this money?

Why do you say that's there's a 300$ refund waiting for you, not sure to understand...
That's what it says on my statement.  I have a $300 credit.

Send a private message to Koodo via Facebook or DM via Twitter so they can verify and process you receiving the refund as a cheque.
I did get a new password, and my on-line statement says I have a credit balance, I assume from overpaying.
OK I will try that.  Thanks. 
Can't find a way to send a DM to Koodo via Facebook.  I just get a list of possible stores.  I don't have a Twitter account and that sounds a little too public anyway.

Messages sent via Facebook and direct messages (DM) are not publicly seen and is increasingly a way for corporations to provide customer service. You're good and for Twitter you only need minimal information for an account.
I have a credit balance of $19.04 on a closed account. I would like it to be sent back to me.

@Marica1953 : you need to contact Koodo directly to ask them to send you a refund.
