A check will be mailed to your billing address once the final bill is issued. I believe, but am not sure, that if you paid by credit card, your credit account will receive credit for the amount owed to you.
My billing address is wrong and I cannot change it right now. Hope to get it back via credit card.
You may as well speak to koodo via callback and explain your situation (preferred credit card route) BEFORE the final bill is issued to avoid a ‘wandering check’ event
