hOW ON EARTH IS MY NEWEST BILL $140.00? i HAVE AUTOMATIC BILLING FROM MY VISA, CHANGED PHONES AT CHRISTMAS AND EVER SINCE THEN MY BILLS HAVE BEEN THROUGH THE ROOF. I KNOW FOR CERTAIN I STAYED WITH THE SAME SERVICE AS MY PREVIOUS PHONE. I WANT AN EXPLANATION IMMEDIATELY AND I WANT THIS CORRECTED. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER AND I FEEL I AM BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF

Your bill should clearly state where the increase is coming from. This is a public forum though so unless you show us the 3 page of your bill we cant really help. If you do take a screen shot (minus your personals) we can tell you exactly what happened most of the time. I doubt there is any mistake on your bill though or that you have been taken advantage of.

Hi there Chris... So many things that could have happened... I will recommend you to log into your Self Service account, pull up your bill and check all the details, for sure you will find the answer, if you still have questions, then call Customer Service, expose your case and you will see that there is always a solution to everything... Call from your Cell *611, and A customer service representative will be more than happy to assit you...

Have you looked at page 3 of your bill?There it will give you a breakdown of your charges and you will find your answer.
Your caps lock is stuck. Please look into that before typing again. Also check page 3 of your bill and educate yourself.

What phone did you have before? If you went from an older model blackberry to an android, iphone or bb10 device data use would be completely different, and may not be covered by your older plan at all.
