First Monthly Bill Charges under Phone Number Change


I am questioning the amount i am paying for my first bill, to which i understand the first bill will be expensive and covers up my usage from my activation date to the next month. However i am confused as to why i am charged under the "Other Charges and Credits" Section whereby i have to pay for a Phone Number Change, for i am using my old phone number from my previous mobile carrier. Please Advice

That doesnt sound right. Since we are all customers like you on here, why dont you give Koodo a call and they can look into your account for you. *611 on your koodo cell. There is no charge for this call

What my guess is if you ported a phone # in, the system will assign the phone # change fee but then credit you for it. This shouldn't cost you anything. Call them and have them sort it out. If you don't want to use your phone, you can also call 1-866-995-6636 from any phone.
