First month billing problem!


I signed up with Koodo just after Christmas because I was told that $50 plans are now offered to you at $40 for the first 12 months, but neither my first bill or Koodo app seem to realize that. So I just want to clarify that I am getting the discounts for the first year? Also, the charge for the few days before the first billing cycle seem a little more expensive that I calculated with the representative. Could you please clarify that? Thank you!

Hello there! I think the promotion will be applied to your account soon enough! If it isn't in the next two months then I'd contact Koodo. But not earlier then that!

$10 discount was for BYOD customer. If you brought your phone and  sign up, then  it should be appear after 2nd bill as Robert said.
