I added a new line to my account this month. The promo stated that, instead of a monthly tab of $45 + tax, I would have a $10 discount for 22 months. I see that this has been adjusted under my “Account history”. However, my first bill still shows a $45 charge + tax. Please help me understand if this is an error or not. Thanks!

It's typical to have such discounts start on the second bill. You'll still get it for the number of months that you're supposed to grt.
