Finding my 8-digit account number

Hey. So I'm paying with BMO and I have to set up Koodo mobile but it's asking for an 8 digit account number. Where can I find this account number?

on your bill or in self serve it's the one labeled as 'customer number'.

So sign into self serve and find it there, as I said 3 years ago.

Hey Roslynn, log into your account and look at your bill, the number is located below your name on the bill

I'm trying to log into self-serve but keep getting that:

You're still waiting to be approved
Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved.

I need my account # What should I do to find it? Thanks

Have you received any kind of Bill yet? There's also the papers that you got signing up with Koodo that will have your account number. Looks like you used different email address registering one time and another trying to register again. If you send a private message to Koodo via Facebook or DM via Twitter they'll be able to reset your self-serve and get you going. Edit: I ll add there's no need to ask the same question more than once. Don't worry, we will answer you!
