Extra Charge

I cancelled my account with Koodo a couple of months ago and paid my final bill. I now have an overdue account balance of $10.00 with no explanation. I downloaded the PDF version of my bill to see if it had more details but it only says “balance forward from your last bill” and as I said, I paid my last bill in full. I am wondering why I am being charged this extra amount.

Can't say why if there's no explanation on page 3 of your bill. You'll have to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it sorted out

Can you go check out your past bills? If you find the last one that it was forwarded from you may be able to figure it out.
