excessive invoicing

I received a huge bill that doesn’t make any sense and there is no representative to talk to me and to resolve the problem.  Koodoo service is the worst for all the companies I had to deal with.

What was the all he charges for?

Did you check your E-bill? Did you go over your minutes limit??
