excellent customer service

I had a problem with my billing. I was really upset by the bank agent that didn't resolve the issue. I called them up many times I almost gave up, simple issue can't handle but thanks to one of the koodo staff name Paul who really did a great job. He resolved the problem and I am happy the Excellent Service!
