Eva J from customer service did an outstanding job today!

Sent an e-mail out to koodo regarding some over charges, was taken care of immediately and i received a phone call from EVA to make me aware of the charges being removed and as well a recommendation to change to a plan being offered for this week only. Thanks for everything EVA J! you made my week 🙂
