Error while registering for koodo self serve account via email

I cancelled my phone number and plan before registering my koodo self serve account. I can't sign in to pay my first and only bill.

When I click the 'complete your registration now' button in the registration email, I get the generic error in the koodo website 'Oops, something went wrong - What would you like to do?'.

Can't pay my bill if I can't sign in/create an account

You could send Koodo a message on Facebook or Twitter with your account number and ask them how to pay off the balance of your account since you don't have self serve access.

Well, you still can pay so long as you have your account number. You would just need to know what your final balance is.
I don't believe they send the balance by email, that or I haven't received it yet. I cancelled the plan 2 weeks ago
