I cancelled my phone number and plan before registering my koodo self serve account. I can't sign in to pay my first and only bill.
When I click the 'complete your registration now' button in the registration email, I get the generic error in the koodo website 'Oops, something went wrong - What would you like to do?'.
Can't pay my bill if I can't sign in/create an account

You could send Koodo a message on Facebook or Twitter with your account number and ask them how to pay off the balance of your account since you don't have self serve access.
