error message not enough money in your account


My balance on my account is $15 and my base plan costs $15 but I just got a text saying I do not have enough money to renew my plan. Should I ignore this message?

I wouldn't quite ignore it, because if you do for too long you might lose your account and number 🙂 But that won't be for 90 days 🙂 Did you check self service if your plan is active? Does it show a balance of $15 or $0?
it shows a balance of $15 so I dont understand why it says I dont have enough money
So what should I do?
