Im not sure if you can see the screenshots I attached but one rep mentioned I have to speak privately to a Koodo rep about losing my employee discount after changing my number. If I do that, i assume I will be charged some kind of admin fee for speaking to a human customer service. Another rep stated I must reissue a form to re establish my discount. My question now is, can you confirm that there are some kind of terms and conditions which stipulate removing my employee discount after changing my number? Because I don’t remember seeing one. I don’t see the reason of removing my original question from the forum in case someone else may have the same problem. In any case, the answer does not seem to be found here. I seem to have no choice but to follow up this matter and eat the cost of talking to a customer service rep. I do appreciate getting replies. They still helped. Last time I had a concern, it was a similar result: one rep was honest and said that my issue would need more assistance while the other gave me a dead end or the loop around. Thanks for your time.
