I love paperless, that's why I've always opted for ebill with all my services. Why can't Koodo email me the PDF instead of emailing a heads up that my ebill is ready? If you email it to me, I don't have to log in to download it and print it and then save it to my computer. This way I can keep records of my bill beyond the 12 month limit in my self serve account. I can go to self serve to see my usage and stuff. It'd be really nice Koodo if you emailed it to me with a 'heads up, here's your ACTUAL ebill'.
