I signed up for email bill notifications for my son's Koodo account but they are sporadic at best. I've checked my junk/spam folders and they're not getting intercepted there. Now when I go to the self-serve billing pay there's nowhere to check the bill notifications anymore. I'm getting fed up of missing bills because of this system.

Log into self serve > scroll down and click "view Transaction history" > Change bill type/notifications
If it's still unreliable,you can set a reminder on your calendar-5 days after your billing date maybe?
I guess it's better than keep missing bills. ( I don't like to get charged for late payment fee )
