Email bill


I did not receive an email this month regarding my bill

Maybe your bill is not ready yet? You can log into your self serve account to see if there is a bill there 🙂

Hi there Sue... When you log in, make sure you go to Billing, and then underneath you should see Billing type and Notifications, make sure your notifications are ON... And as Mayumi said, probably the bill is not ready yet, usually takes some days after the billing cycle for the bill to be ready,...

And the email is only a notification that the bill is available on your self serve. The ebill is never emailed to you

I definitely recommend getting the self serve app if you have a phone that can support it. Must phones these days do. From this app you can see your usage summaries, your bill asking, how much time is left in your billing cycle, and even make a payment.
It's the notification email I did not receive to remind me my bill is ready. I have received it every month since I have been with Koodo ... Has the email notification stopped or was this a one time thing?

In the past I've had a month skipped for sure. Just check your settings, junk mail, correct email address, etc. If it happens again, give Koodo a call (*611 it's a free call)
