Easy Roam was activated and charged

Hello, my easy roam was activated and i got an message saying it will charge 8 dollars/day to account and i was still in my calling area. I was in niagara falls on the Canadian side, and seemed to have picked up a US carrier. How can i get this charge reversed?

You'll need to speak with a rep. You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter to get it sorted out.

To prevent it in the future, you can switch to manual network selection and select Koodo. From then on your phone will pick Koodo over any other network regardless of signal strength and location, so long as it can find Koodo.
