e-mail connection needed

I have tried to put in 2 e-mail addresses but it keeps telling me the e-mail is already in use by another account. These are the only e-mail accounts I have What do I do??

Are you trying to sign up for Self-Serve? It means that you already have an account with Koodo (or one has already been created for you). You can use the password recovery link to reset your password: https://secure.koodomobile.com/clientIdentity/forgottenPassword.do?serviceType=koodo
