e-bill in self serve not seen for this month


Hi logged in to my koodo self serve page and I see the bill amount for this month.I can not see the e-bill.It has still the last month e-bill.Could you please let me know if Koodo publishes e-bill for each month or not?I use to pay in cash and bank will not accept the payment if they do not have the print out of the bills with unique number at the bottom of the bill. Thanks for replying.

Yes it's every month , the reason you don't see the e-bill might be because it's not generated yet.

They will issue you an E-bill each month like Daniel said 🙂 When I received a bill notification for this month, I logged in my self service right away. I could see my total balance but there was no E-bill. It became available the next day... So some delay could happen.
