E bill error


Hey! I was supposed to receive my koodo e bill on 27th April but i've not got it. Today i saw in self serve that i've to pay $13 for making local calls in canada. Please sort this matter out. Thank you.

The ebill takes a few days to generate after your billing cycle ends, so be patient, Amandeep. Once the bill is available, you can download it and view the charges, etc. If you still have an issue then, call Koodo at *611 from your Koodo phone and speak with a rep about it.

What do you mean paying local calls? You must have gone over you minutes in your plan then.
