e-bill and tab charges?

I just received my first bill from Koodo,, I had set up for received them on line, but received it paper and it says that I was charged 2 dollars for this,, I do not believe that I should pay the 2 dollars as I had set up to receive the invoice by email when I signed the contract,, also, what is the Tab charge and why am I charged this,, I was not informed that there would be a $5,00 tab charge when I signed the contract, thank you

as far as I am concerned, this is all crap,, all I want is an answer to my question,, I have tried to call koodo and only got voice information,, no person,, and now you expect me to hit facebook or twitter or something else just to get an answer to my question,, crap I tell you,, just crap,, if you can not answer my questions then I will return the phone and cancel the contract, also I will be spreading the word about koodo,,

Hey Larrie Sorry to hear about all your frustrations. What kind of phone did you choose and put on the tab? if the phone was retail price for $300 and you didn't pay anything in store then the $5 tab is added to the monthly plan to help pay off the $300 tab balance each month, after 24 months if there is still a negative tab balance it will be wiped down to $0 and the $5 tab charge will disappear from the bill. As far as getting hold of a customer service rep to dispute the $2 paper charge and get them to walk you through setting up your self account just hit 0 till you get to a rep
