E-Bill and Self Serve Bill Amount Different

Got an E-Bill today; said I owe 67.94 (2 months) but online on self serve they received my last payment of 37.11. Why is the e-bill wrong but website self serve correct?

Because the e-bill is generate at a specific point in time and if your payment wasn't on the account before the e-bill was generated, then of course your e-bill will have a different amount. bills don't automatically update because you made a payment. you have to wait till next bill to see the changes, as with any company. pay the self-serve balance.
