Downloading Bills


How can I download my bills? I keep seeing that in order to sign up for e-bill I have to sign up through self serve. But when I log into self serve, the only options I have are to change my email address, password or security question or to link up another account. Any ideas?

The Self Serve profile was set to be the account manager instead of owner. Call Koodo and they can get it fixed up for you. In case you were wondering, there is no fee for that call.
Call Koodo to resolve your Self Serve account.
I've got 3 phones on my account and cannot download individual accounts. I'm on the phone trying to get some service but being on hold for 20 minutes doesn't get me much.

All phones on an account are on a single invoice. You can see the separation of use, and costs on your PDF invoice. To get separate bills, you would need separate accounts.

I try to download the bill, I can not find the link. It is very hard to find it

Can you log into self serve?
Once you logged in > View my bill > Download PDF
