Double charged!!!! I want my refund

I made a payment, It said it did not go through and to try again.  So i did and now I have 2 charged on my creditcard.  Koodo is trying to steal money.  WATCH THEM!!!! I WANT A REFUND!!!!

You can request your bank to stop the payment if it hasn't been processed yet. Otherwise you can contact Koodo to have the extra balance sent to you with a cheque. My suggestion though is to just leave the extra balance on your account and it will just be applied to next month's bill.

Only one payment was received Aaron. Now that said, you are on an ineligible plan which will have to change to an in market plan.
