Double billing, anyone else getting charged the same amount on back to back days over the past few months?

There are one or two similar comments the past few days. Just send Koodo a quick Private Message from their Facebook page, or a DM from their Twitter page & they'll fix it up for you.

What do you mean same amount on back to back days? Koodo bills once a month.  Are you being charged the same amount everymonth? If yes, that's a pretty good thing you got going!
Actually it sucks.  Koodo is charging me my base amount once on the 2nd and again on the 3rd of each month  since Dec. I have 1 basic phone prepaid plan. So in back to back days, I am getting charged twice.

@Cameron, then I'm guessing that two instances of a top-up were created by the OP and one could be deleted in Self-serve.  Maybe@Sophia or someone else with a pre-paid account can jump in.
