Double billing

I paid last months bill at the last second and I guess it didn't process in time so this month's bill is doubled (last month plus current month) but I already paid the last months bill so do I just ignore the current balance to be paid and pay the current month only?

Hi there... Most likely your payment went through after the bill was processed, reason why the most recent bill includes last months' bill... If you check in your Self Service account, the good amount to be paid should be reflected as of now if the payment was already received by Koodo...

I have heard a Koodo employee say the words "payment went through after the bill was processed" before so I'm guessing that this is the case. I know I does take a few days for it all to be "processed" so you shouldn't have to worry to much.
