when I go through the billing and select the Credit Card Payment, there is a sentence below the billing. It saids: "Your account already has a credit balance. We are unable to accept a further payment at this time." Because I'm not a native speaker. So I'm not sure what's this mean, could someone helps me to explain this? thank you so much.

That means Koodo owes you money. When your next bills come out, it will just be taken out of whatever credit you have.
