Discount not applied to bill

The sales rep said he would give me a discount on my monthly rate but my second bill shows i’m being charged full amount? How do I get this fixed because I’m paying way more than what I thought I would be.

It may take up to 3 bills till the credit is applied. If next month it isn’T I’d give Koodo a call.
