I have recently checked my sons bill, he was not aware of any purchases on his account and something called boku has been billing 11.99$ on his phone bill, NO ONE on microsoft, boku etc can find an account but they are still taking this money? can anyone help. There are no subscriptions on microsoft , google etc.

Boku had its portal here https://boku.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/231602287-I-don-t-recognise-Boku-charges-on-my-phone-bill

In that it said if you entered the phone number, it should be able to look up the charge (and reason for it) for you. I would suggest you check the phone also and see if you had any boku app or any games that associated with it. Sometimes, kids bought something online and thought it was free.

Anyway, to dispute billing, you would have to contact Koodo directly. I would suggest you chat with social media rep via facebook messaging https://www.facebook.com/Koodo

@MsMackie  Dinh is indeed correct, however the dispute is with Boku so you will have to reach out to them to discuss the charges.
