Didn't recieve revolving credit on my bill

When I signed up for Koodo, they had a promotion where I would receive a $10 credit each month for 12 months and my grand daughter would receive a $5 credit each month for 12 months.  This was not applied to my bill.  As well, the plans we chose had bonus data included on them as a promotion.   We did not receive the data either.  How do I get this resolved?

If possible, could you describe the conditions of the promotion? Were they for new customers? and did you satisfy all the conditions for the promotion?

If you satisfied all the conditions, the most common issue for the missing credit is the number change (porting  number/ new number) after you joined Koodo. Was it the case?

Are you talking about refer a friend?  If so you need to complete the refer a friend process to get the credits
