Didn't re receive confirmation email


I bought a sim card but now I need to pay the monthly fee. Tomorrow I have to pay for it but I can't register on self serve because I never got the confirmation email that gives you the code to register. I tried calling 611 from my phone but it's in french I don't speak French . Now what?

I'm not sure about the code... Try this link to register for self serve http://help.koodomobile.com/self-serve/registering/how-do-i-register-for-self-serve Do you have a land line or family/friend's phone? Call customer service at 1 866 995-6636 , they will help you to fix language setting
