Did not receive bill!! You only used Half my address...

I did not receive bill for awhile, but being a new customer I thought it took awhile. And them I get an em-ail saying if I don't pay my account will be suspended!??? I made the account at the store, in person. You guys only used Half my street address... 43Ave. Thats it.

I updated my address on the website and paid the bill. I better not get suspended for this garbage...

Have you log into self serve to see if your Ebill is ready?

I thought Koodo doesn't do paper bills anymore so you would only recieve it through email or text
